Peppy Park is home to quarter horses and thoroughbreds, bred with the quality of stock to produce champion cutting, campdraft and challenge horses, and race winning thoroughbreds. We also have paint and australian stockhorse broodmares, so some of our progeny are multi registered. All are bred to perform.

The stud originated after the acquisition of our first cutting stallion Peppy's Buc Lena (by Peppys Doc Bar) in 1996, and first mare Kunda Peppys Lollipop, also by Peppys Doc Bar.

While the Peppy lines dominate our stock we have invested in exceptional broodmares with the bloodlines and type to produce correct conformation, temperament and trainability combined with agility.

Peppy Park adheres to a foal program which allows our young stock to develop on undulating country at our 'nursery' paddocks in nearby Biggenden.

Natural horsemanship is paramount, so foals are well handled as newborns before being turned out with their mothers to enjoy a herd existence until they are ready for weaning.

Mares and foals are then brought home and separated into adjoining paddocks so that the weaning experience is as least traumatic as possible.

The mares are returned to our excellent nursery pastures until they are closer to foaling again.
